Hello everyone!! Here I’m sharing with you these three dressings that have become my favorites for their ease and versatility. I’m sure that when you try them you’ll love them! If you want to give a new and exquisite flavor to your salads, do not forget to try them.

The first one is a Turmeric dressing:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon squeezed
a piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)
1/4 cup of water
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Process all the ingredients and ready!

The second dressing is a Vinaigrette:

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon squeezed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
3 sprigs of coriander
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 clove garlic mince (in very small pieces)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything well and ready!

The third and last is a mustard dressing:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of fresh chives
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
Garlic powder
Salt

Mix all ingredients and enjoy it with your favorite salad.
