Whatever happens in your life, never stop believing in God, he is the force in your heart that helps you to keep going when things are not going well. The other day I received a message from a person who does not believe in God, accusing me of being uncultured for believing in him. I got a little sad, not for me, but for that soul so confused and sad that to feel better need to harass someone else. But it is what we expose ourselves to have a public profile and I do not intend to please everyone. I will continue doing and saying what comes out of my heart and God is always in my heart, that is something I can not separate. I love you all!

Fruits upside down mini cakes

Ingredients:

 To prepare the muffin cups:

1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of coconut oil
3 sliced ​​apricots
1/2 cup sliced ​​strawberries
1/2 cup of sliced ​​cherries

Ingredients for the dough:

1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of chia (which you will let stand in 6 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes)
2 cups wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of almond drink

Preheat the oven to 350º F and grease your muffin cups.

Preparation for the cups:

Heat the coconut oil in the microwave, only until dissolved and liquid. Mix the oil and sugar in a bowl. Put a teaspoon of this mixture in the bottom of each of the muffin cups and place the sliced ​​fruits. You can mix the fruits or separate them by flavor, wherever you prefer.

Preparation for the dough:

Beat the coconut oil and sugar together, then add the chia that you have previously prepared with water and mix well. Add to this mixture the flour, the baking powder and the salt, mix well without stirring and add the almond drink now. Combine everything well with the help of a spatula and place the mixture in the muffin cups that prepared before.

Take to the oven for 20 minutes or until inserting a stick comes out clean.

Let cool for 10 minutes before unmold.
