Hello all my dear readers! Today it´s the time to share with you some recipes that I´ve been doing at home with much much love and enthusiasm for you. This time I bring you something very nutritious and healthy, I know you will love it!

If you follow me on instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/maria_rondon1/ ) you will have already seen that I love to share whenever I make my smoothies, this with the idea of always sharing what I normally consume every day in my home and that you also can benefit from these smoothies, so varied, nutritious and easy to make. These smoothies are great to start the day as breakfast, but also you can do it as a snack.

I have selected 4 of my favorite smoothies so that you can enjoy it at home too. My kids love it, especially for the variety of colors these smoothies have.  We already know that for children the color of food is very important. This is an ideal way to motivate them to eat all the fruits. Let’s start it!

  1. Powerful purple smoothie! Berries smoothie

Berries are very rich in Vitamin C, help lower cholesterol, improve vision and prevent vision degeneration, revitalize the skin among other properties. In addition, the currants are high in iron and help intestinal transit due to their contribution of fiber. Because of their antioxidant properties, these fruits help to prevent cancer.

Nourish your body and fill yourself with energy with this smoothie full of antioxidants, immunological and anti-inflammatory properties.

Just blend together:

1 tablespoon Chia powder
125 gr Blueberries
125 gr Redcurrant
125 gr Blackberries
1 Banana
2 tablespoons almond drink
1 tablespoon powdered mixes (linseed, Brazil nuts, Almonds and Coenzyme Q10)

2. Papaya, banana and strawberry Super smoothie!

Among the properties of the papaya is found to be an excellent diuretic because of its high water content; favors the formation of collagen, improves the health of the skin because it contains Vitamin A that contributes melanin, natural pigment of the skin that helps to promote the tanning and protects of the solar radiation. Papaya helps digestion, reduces constipation. Contains potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. On the other hand, the carbohydrate of the banana in this smoothie will help nourish our body with vegetable energy; will give us vitamins B6 and C, folic acid and minerals such as magnesium and potassium.

To make this super smoothie, just blend together 1 cup of cubed papaya, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of strawberry, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 4 tablespoons almond drink, 1 tablespoon of chia powder, 1 tablespoon of powder mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower, sesame and goji berries.

3. Fruity Spirulina and Chia pudding

To receive everyday full of vitality and energy nothing better than a chia pudding with organic spirulina which contain protein, omega 3, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin B12 and of course full of fiber! To this pudding we will add figs, fruit that stands out for its great contribution of fibers, which helps digestion and improves heart health, also provides antioxidants and prevents premature aging. We will also put kiwi rich in vitamin C, much more than orange! this vitamin will help us strengthen the immune system, lower hypertension, prevent cancer, allergies and colds.

To make this amazing pudding, process 1 tsp. of spirulina; 3 Tbsp. of chia powder; 1 Tbsp. of oats 1 Tbsp. seeds mixtures of sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and goji, 5 strawberries 🍓 1 banana 🍌 1 kiwi 🥝 2 figs; 1/3 cup of lemon juice 🍋 and ready!

4. Energy blast! Smoothie

The fruits in this smoothie has many vitamins, Kaki is rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and potassium. It´s ideal to help us to remove liquids by its large amount of water, it is a fruit rich in fiber. It also has antioxidant properties, which as we have seen previously, neutralize the negative effects of free radicals responsible for the onset of different diseases such as cancer, loss of vision, Parkirson’s disease, premature aging, etc.

The fruits in this smoothie has many vitamins, Kaki is rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and potassium. It´s ideal to help us to remove liquids by its large amount of water, it is a fruit rich in fiber. It also has antioxidant properties, which as we have seen previously, neutralize the negative effects of free radicals responsible for the onset of different diseases such as cancer, loss of vision, Parkirson’s disease, premature aging, etc.

Also in this smoothie we have put granola which lowers blood pressure, prevents anemia, regulates weight and helps reduce cholesterol. And of course the chocolate that brings us a lot of energy!

Ingredients:

1 kaki
2 bananas
2 tablespoons almond drink
1 tablespoon granola with Kellogg’s chocolate nuggets
1 tablespoon chia powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Method:

Process all the ingredients in the blender and go! You can use pieces of kaki, granola with chocolate and sesame seeds to decorate as in the picture.
